During her career, she held managerial positions for corporate international organizations and successfully led prestigious NGO's (such as the Safety Line) or their stabilization projects and crisis management.
In addition, Darina has also worked in the fields of marketing and HR management, has experience in consulting, change management, human resources, communication, performance and talent management, as well as leadership development.
She serves as an independent Senior Executive Search & Assessment consultant and collaborates on projects for renowned international companies in Europe, particularly in Scandinavia and CEE.
